    Technology Summary

Prognos-IQ is an Enhanced Monitoring & Advisory System for real-time monitoring and predictive health assessment of mission-critical assets.

It is designed to answer the challenge of monitoring and maintaining the remaining useful life of electrical insulation in solenoid operated valves, induction motors, and power/distribution transformers.

Prognos-IQ provides maintenance personnel with critical information to improve decision-making and planning of asset maintenance activities—moving organizations from reactive to predictive maintenance.

    The Challenge

Unexpected failure of valves and critical components can lead to:

    Unforeseen outages and production losses
Millions of dollars in lost production
    Safety and compliance risks
    Reactive maintenance chaos

The ability to estimate asset degradation can significantly improve asset utilization while reducing the risk of unplanned outages.

    Assets We Monitor

Prognos-IQ specializes in monitoring electrical insulation health for critical industrial assets.

    Solenoid Operated Valves

Critical fluid control elements used across modern industry. Monitor electrical insulation health to prevent unexpected failures and costly outages.

    Induction Motors

Monitor electrical insulation degradation in motors to extend equipment life and prevent unplanned downtime.

    Power & Distribution Transformers

Assess transformer insulation health to ensure grid reliability and prevent catastrophic failures.

    How Prognos-IQ Works

    Step 1

    Continuous Monitoring

Prognos-IQ connects to your critical assets and continuously monitors electrical insulation health in real-time.

    • Non-invasive sensor integration
    • Real-time data collection
    • Automated anomaly detection
    Step 2

    Health Assessment

Advanced algorithms analyze insulation degradation patterns to assess current asset health status.

    • Electrical insulation analysis
    • Degradation pattern recognition
    • Condition-based monitoring

    From reactive to predictive maintenance.

    Step 3

    Predictive Analytics

Prognos-IQ predicts remaining useful life and estimates time to failure.

    • Remaining useful life estimation
    • Failure probability modeling
    • Trend analysis and forecasting

Know what's coming before it happens.

    Step 4

    Advisory Intelligence

Maintenance personnel receive actionable recommendations for optimal decision-making.

    • Maintenance scheduling recommendations
    • Risk prioritization
    • Resource optimization guidance

    Intelligence that drives action.
